Then, we talk about Parler, a social media platform that exists in "the spirit of the First Amendment" that may offer safe harbor to those banned or deplatformed on mainstream social media sites. It looks slick, which may appeal to users disillusioned by Twitter but who are not seeking out forums for more fringe content. But the content is unmoderated by any type of algorithm and they might want your Social Security number...
