Norm Diamond and Joe Clement talk about worker response to threatened staff and service cuts in the Multnomah County library system. They note that the library has no shortage of funds and that both workers and the community will be severely affected. In particular they focus on workers and communities of color, and on the creative steps workers are taking to offer alternatives to cuts. Joe is a union member and library worker.
