The OIR Group will present its most recent report on Officer Involved Shootings to the Portland City Council tomorrow. In years past, the report presentation has included an opportunity for the public to comment on its findings, but not this year. KBOO reporter Jasmin Moneymaker was at City Hall today and filed this report.
A KBOO Reporter will be at the 2:00 PM City Council session tomorrow to record comments from the community.
