Farming with a twist: wine culture and the Oregon wine industry
In his novel "Death In the Afternoon," Ernest Hemingway wrote "Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things in the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection." It could be said that Oregon has taken this to heart.
