Talking Earth with Portland poet John Sibley Williams

Tonight KBOO's spoken word show Talking Earth will feature local poet John Sibley Williams. He is the editor of two Northwest poetry anthologies and the author of nine collections, including Controlled Hallucinations (2013) and Disinheritance (2016). A five-time Pushcart nominee and winner of the Philip Booth Award, American Literary Review Poetry Contest, and Vallum Award for Poetry, John serves as editor of The Inflectionist Review and works as a literary agent. Previous publishing credits include: The Midwest Quarterly, december, Third Coast, Baltimore Review, Sequestrum, Nimrod, Bryant Literary Review, RHINO, and various anthologies. He lives in Portland, Oregon.

Talking Earth airs the second and third Mondays of each month on KBOO FM, 90.7 on the radio dial in Portland, Oregon. Talking Earth can also be heard on the website KBOO.FM as well.
