Comics archivist Jon Morris follows up his popular League of Regrettable Superheroes anthology with his new book The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains
"Calamity Jon" Morris is an author, illustrator, and designer who has been collecting obscure and eccentric comic books since his earliest years. In 2015, he turned his passion into the scholarly and boisterous anthology The League of Regrettable Superheroes: Half-Baked Heroes from Comic Book History. Now, with his new book The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains, Jon introduces readers to 100 of the most preposterous villains to ever see print. Too outlandish to become popular but too appealing to be forgotten, these characters will inspire plenty of head-scratching but also some thoughtful musing about the culture that gave them life.
