Living Yoga's mission is to reach adults and teens in prison and in drug and alcohol treatment centers - yoga-style! - as a means of rehabilitation.

He has received many national and local awards for his work on behalf of immigrants and refugees including  the Jack Wasserman award for Excellence in Immigration Litigation, the Edith Lowenstein award for Excellence in Advancing the Practice of Immigration Law. As a member of the legal team at ILG, he received the Gerald R Robinson Award for Excellence in Litigation.
