In late September, more than 4,000 university workers were prepared to strike. Now, as they prepare to vote to approve the Service Employees International Union or SEIU 503's new contract with public universities in Oregon, KBOO's Claire Rischiotto and Lesley McLam sit down with two members of SEIU leadership to debrief how that contract came about.
