Join us as we speak with Mary King of the Oregon Center for Public Policy.  Mary is a labor economist and Professor Emerita of Economics at Portland State University. She served as Chair of the PSU Economics Department, President of the PSU Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) as well as President of AAUP Oregon, and was a founding board member of Family Forward Oregon. Her research has focused on the keys to economic equality for women, people of color, and people with low incomes.  Today we'll be talking with her about Oregon's chronic budget shortfalls and the solutions for fully funding public educaiton in our state.
