Portland city council paid out forty thousand dollars earlier this week to settle a class action lawsuit that claimed the camping ban was unconstitutional.
Also this week, Vigil to end Homelessness instigator Kernel Moses was exonerated of ‘interfering with a police officer’ and won the right for folks on the street to upgrade from cardboard to wooden pallets.
