I you want ot steal an election, choose a close one...because when 2 am rolls around and the numbers start  to slowly shift in your favor, no one is going to hoist a red flag.  That's parameter number one: No Hoist stops the Big Heist. The only red flags raised this time around are going to be the Republican victory banners.   Parameter number two: Never simply 'cover your tracks'; don't leave any from the get-go.  The technology available now in order of magnitude is far beyond that which put George W Bush over the top by way of tthe bottom.  Parameter number three: Limitless money.  The Koch Bros., Sheldon Adelstein, the list is one long Death March through the Boneyard of Left/Progressive ideas.

The finding was based in part on the fact that minorities were almost 20 percent more likely than whites to be without state-issued photo IDs required for voting. Unlike Ohio, South Carolina remains under the 1965 Voting Rights Act and requires federal pre-approval to any changes in voting laws that may harm minority voters.

3. The EAC finally finds that voting machines are programmed to be partisa
