Pets need food to, and Pongo Pet food bank has already donated over a million meals to animals.  And as their website says “…sometimes, a simple bowl of kibble is the force that keeps a family together and saves the lives of the animals they love.” “…[Pongo pet food bank] Provides quality dog & cat food for the animals of anyone in honest need. The Pongo pet food bank will be open this sunday from noon to 3pm.  The pongo pet food bank is located at  910 NE MLK Jr Blvd in Portland. For more information check out their webpage at the pongo

Enjoy biking but hate the pedaling part?  This sunday and every sunday night, as part of a 7 year tradition, a group of bikers called the zoobombers bike near the Oregon zoo.  Mini bikes, helmets, bike lights, and additional safety gear you need are encouraged, also make sure to bring some money for a max fare.  The bikers will meet at 8:30pm this sunday at 13th and SW Burnside in downtown Portland.
