An update from Gaza
A ceasefire in Gaza that was extended several times has broken down, with no long-term truce deal in sight.  As the ceasefire drew to an end at midnight Tuesday night, Israeli forces launched twenty five airstrikes into Gaza, killing five people including a small child, and wounding more than thirty.

Palestinian fighters launched several dozen rockets into Israel, causing no injuries or damage.

For more on the level of destruction in the Gaza Strip over the past month, KBOO speaks with Mohammed Nabeel from Gaza, as well as independent journalsit Rania Khalek.

At 9:30, we'll be joined live by Alison Weir of the Council for the National Interest Foundation and  If Americans Knew about US complicity in Israel's war on the people of Gaza.
