KBOO staff, board and volunteers have begun a dynamic strategic planning process in order to set the direction and goals for KBOO and we need you to participate! We want to hear your voices and engage in a dialogue about the state of the station and how we can create positive changes to improve what we do. The Community Meeting will include: * Presentation by staff and board about the strategic planning process, the current state of the station and the case for change * Guided individual reflection as well as small and large group discussions to get input and feedback from community members* Information about next steps * Community gathering and networking * Light refreshments  Please see attached "Strategic Planning and Programming Materials" which includes lots of useful information to prepare you for the meeting.
