Occupy Kitchen Tour

The Occupy Portland encampment has the largest food line and the most organized food tent of any occupation in the United States.  Kate Welch took this audio tour for the KBOO news.

Her tour guide is Chris, a chef student, who has been at Occupy Portland since day one. Within the first few days, while working with Food Not Bombs, he saw the need to help set up the kitchen.  Kate asked him to show her around and to tell her what's cooking.
